Licensing Requirements
• Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to Day 1 start (full licensing support provided) • Life & Health license must be obtained within 60 days of starting • Prior State Farm or insurance industry experience preferred but not required
Role Overview
As an Acquisitions Specialist, your primary focus will be generating new business and expanding the agency’s customer base. You will engage with prospective customers, uncover their insurance needs, and confidently recommend coverage solutions that protect what matters most.
Success in this role comes from strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build trust quickly with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through proactive outreach, referrals, and prospecting
Engage prospective customers through calls, emails, networking, and community outreach
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Follow up consistently with prospects to convert opportunities into new customers
Track activity and production to ensure progress toward sales goals
Collaborate with agency team members to support overall office growth
Maintain compliance with agency and insurance regulations

Compensation $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
