Michael DeCarlo State Farm is seeking a highly motivated Multiline Representative who thrives in a sales-driven environment and enjoys building relationships with customers. You will play a key role in driving new business, recommending coverage solutions, and helping customers protect what matters most. Licensing Requirements
• Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to Day 1 start (full licensing support provided) • Life & Health license must be obtained within 60 days of starting • Prior State Farm or insurance industry experience preferred but not required
What You’ll Do
Drive new business through proactive outreach, referrals, and customer conversations
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
Generate revenue through cross-selling and multi-line coverage conversations
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to strengthen coverage
Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up on leads and opportunities
Support daily agency operations while maintaining a strong sales focus
Collaborate with team members to achieve office sales goals
